Every investor is assisted in the following administrative procedures by the Investor Relations Office (BOI) at the Inowrocław Municipal Office, which provides liaison services between the investor and the individual departments and sections of the Municipal Office.
The responsibilities of the Investor Relations Office include:
- Preparation and dissemination of information about investment opportunities in the city and their terms and conditions,
- Provision of easy access to comprehensive information on the business and legal environment for investments; extensive assistance in finding the right location to meet the investor’s expectations,
- Development of the city’s investment offer,
- Assistance in the preliminary phases of an investment process and its implementation, as well as continued support for the investor,
- Support for investors and local entrepreneurs creating new jobs and inspiring programmes and actions boosting entrepreneurship,
- Support for entities creating specialised clusters, business incubators and all other initiatives that contribute to the reinforcement of the regional economy.
The City of Inowrocław offers prospective investors a real estate tax exemption as a form of de minimis state aid. Investors are also entitled to other exemptions at the regional and state level.
